I welcome you to the village of Hassilabied , where I was born.
You will find many shops there: food, cosmetics, traditional clothing, souvenirs, stones and fossils...
Over the years, my experience as a camel driver has allowed me to discover and love the desert and its inhabitants, the Berber nomads.
I love sharing this geographical and human richness with travelers from all over the world who choose to stay at Vallée des Dunes , a family guesthouse built in rammed earth, according to Berber tradition.
The 6 bedrooms The rooms that make it up are all equipped with a private shower and toilet, and can accommodate from 1 to 17 people.
The establishment is ideally located, at the exit of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the Erg Chebbi Dunes , the palm grove, as well as the starting point for camel treks and 4x4 tours and excursions .
You can also visit the large souk of Rissani , the most important commercial center in the region.
For a relaxing or discovery stay, you will appreciate the legendary warmth of Moroccan hospitality and the friendly atmosphere , as well as the carefully prepared traditional family cuisine .
The region also hosts numerous sporting events (the Marathon des Sables, the Rallye des Gazelles, the 4L Trophy...), as well as traditional festivals (music festivals, date festivals...).

After a camel trek of about 1 hour, or a transfer by 4x4 , you will spend an unforgettable night in a small traditional Berber bivouac located in the middle of the dunes of Erg Chebbi .
Departure from the hostel is between 5pm and 6pm (depending on the season), and the return is around 9am the following morning.
We welcome you on site from 2pm.
The price includes return transfer with a stop for sunset , dinner (with mineral water and tea), overnight stay in a private tent and breakfast.
Sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) are available for your use upon your return.
You can choose the mode of transport for the transfer. This will be respected according to availability.
Nomad Camp - 4x4 Transfer
After a 4x4 journey through the reg , you will be able to share the daily life of a Berber nomadic family by assisting or participating in domestic tasks : milking goats, preparing meals, baking bread, weaving, spinning wool…
The price includes the return 4x4 transfer , dinner , the night in a traditional tent (basic comfort but authenticity guaranteed!), and breakfast .
Departure is around 4:30-5:00 PM, and return is the following morning .
We welcome you on site from 2pm.
You can enhance your stay by adding an excursion or a 4x4 tour to your booking, chosen from the options .
A shower is available upon returning to the hostel .

Between June and September, departure is earlier in the morning, due to the high temperature during the day. The break, around 10 a.m., takes place in a bivouac for the preparation of lunch, the meal and a rest period. The hike starts again when the temperature begins to drop, with another stop for the sunset.
4x4 excursion - 1/2 day
We will accompany you on a personalized tour for half a day (approximately 3 hours).
Depending on your choice, you can discover an oasis , the reg and the mountains , nomadic camps , fossils , stones , meteorites , old mines …

4x4 Excursion - Sunrise or Sunset
We will accompany you on a tour, either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, for the sunset . (approximately 2 hours).
You will discover the reg , with a visit to the camp of a nomadic family , before stopping in the dunes to enjoy the sunrise or sunset .
